Railway Specialist Drain Clearance
Super Rod has provided railway drainage solutions since 2001 and has held a Network Rail Tier 1 contract for drainage since 2003. Our work covers all aspects of railway drainage from culvert clearance to catch pit cleaning using specialist equipment comprises of road rail Land Rover 110 Defenders, Mitsubishi Canters and Mercedes UniMogs with vactor removal and high-pressure water jetting attachments.
This on track plant allows access to remote locations that require unblocking or preventative maintenance and carry our CCTV drain surveys to map the integrity of the drainage systems.
In addition, we cover all aspects of drainage including drainage investigations, repair and installation works, drain re lining and excavations, ditching works and more. Network Rail Approved Supplier
Super Rod has held various national drainage and OTP frameworks since 2003 and we are proud to be support both Network Rail and other Tier one suppliers in all aspects of drainage requirements. Our drainage fleet of vans, OTP / RRV’s and equipment have all been carefully selected to provide solutions both on and off the rail.
Safety Critical and POS Licence
Super Rod additionally offers inhouse PTS trained on track plant operators and drainage engineers as well as safety critical staff including machine controllers and Coss. We are also proud to be part of the Plant Operators Scheme Licence (POS) to risk assess and give professional assistance to plan the correct implementation of plant on a project.
As a package this allows Super Rod to provide a comprehensive labour solution with dedicated fully competent staff and the correct health and safety requirements to complete drainage works on the infrastructure.
CCTV Camera Inspections
Super Rod has the latest scan probe and Proteus CCTV inspection equipment capable of surveying drains from 100mm upto 2000mm. Whether you require drain inspections to check the integrity of existing drainage systems or require a Type 2 build over drainage report for submission to local authorities, Super Rod has a package to suit your requirements.
